I have over 35 years of business experience, which gives me a complete understanding of business, tax and real estate issues facing a person buying or selling a business.
I have been a Commercial Realtor and Business Broker since 2005. I am a CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Only about 6% of all Commercial agents hold that distinction. It is considered the PhD of Commercial Real Estate. I am also a CPA. (Certified Public Accountant) Although I no longer practice Public Accounting, I list the initials, as a credential, to show all of my business expertise.
